Emma Palmer
Staff Assistant
Emma attended University of California, San Diego and majored in Political Science, International Relations. During her time at UCSD, Emma participated in the Senior Honors Thesis program, produced research for graduate school faculty, and spent her free time in the ocean as a kayak tour guide.
Emma began her career with the Office of Congressman Mike Levin as a Staff Assistant. She simultaneously volunteered with a local non-profit, Solana Center for Environmental Innovation, as a research assistant and author to two organic waste-focused articles. She was later hired at Solana Center as contract and grant management support. Emma thoroughly enjoys spending time in her community. Outside of work, she loves trail running, backpacking, reading, and relaxing by the coast with a coffee on hand.
