Director of Legislative Affairs

Luz Anaya Luna is the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Office of the Council President. As a first-generation immigrant, Luz is proud to contribute to the diversity in our City and believes everyone should have equal access and representation in City government. Luz holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University. In her free time, Luz enjoys photography, reading, and drinking coffee with friends and family.
