Lisa Challender
Firefighter/Paramedic, Training Center Coordinator
Lisa Challender has been a paramedic for more than 20 years, joining the City of San Diego Fire-Rescue Department as a Firefighter Paramedic in 2008. She has also been heavily involved as an EMS educator, teaching the next generation of emergency service providers. She became the Training Center Coordinator for San Diego Project Heart Beat in 2015, responsible for overseeing a large community CPR and AED education program throughout the County of San Diego. She looks forwarding to helping save lives through increasing access to CPR training and AEDs in the community.
