Kim has been with the City of San Diego since 2007. In her tenure she has served many City Departments gaining great skills and experience prior to joining the San Diego Project Heart Beat team. Kim’s duties include assisting other San Diego Fire-Rescue EMS personnel as needed. Kim expresses a great desire to help increase cardiac arrest survival in her role with the San Diego Project Heart Beat program.
