StreetsSD

StreetsSD allows residents to view street condition and repair data for San Diego’s entire 3,000-mile street network. Creating a government as innovative as the people it serves, the City launched this interactive web application to enable our communities to view which streets have recently received overlay, concrete or slurry work and when others are scheduled for completion. Order of street repairs is determined by many factors including an Overall Condition Index (OCI). StreetsSD information is updated quarterly.

A new data tool is launching soon for the Transportation Department's Mill & Pave team. Announced earlier this year in the department’s Pavement Management Plan, the Hot Roads Program is an intermediate step between Get It Done pothole requests and complete reconstruction of a street. The new data tool will help the Transportation Department determine which street segments are suitable candidates for mill and pave given the road condition, street classification, pavement length, and project conflicts.
