Wildfire Mitigation Specialist

Responsibilities include analyzing structure ignition potential, ensuring compliance with fire codes, issuing notices of violation, and inspecting properties. The role involves community outreach, attending meetings, and coordinating wildfire mitigation activities with property owners and agencies. Minimum qualifications include one year of relevant experience and certification as a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Wildfire Mitigation Specialist within one year of hire, along with a valid California Class C Driver’s License.
