- Evaluated 64,452 applications for employment.
- Tested 2,684 Police Recruits, 773 Fire Recruits, 148 lifeguard applicants and 326 dispatcher applicants.
- Conducted 489 recruitment processes.
- Fingerprinted and evaluated background records of 2,210 new hires/rehires.
- Conducted 310 classification studies, 53 salary studies, and completed 67 salary survey requests from other municipalities.
- Provided various City departments with 3,913 hours of temporary clerical support through the Clerical Pool Program.
- Attended 92 career fairs.
