  • Evaluated 64,452 applications for employment.
  • Tested 2,684 Police Recruits, 773 Fire Recruits, 148 lifeguard applicants and 326 dispatcher applicants.
  • Conducted 489 recruitment processes.
  • Fingerprinted and evaluated background records of 2,210 new hires/rehires.
  • Conducted 310 classification studies, 53 salary studies, and completed 67 salary survey requests from other municipalities.
  • Provided various City departments with 3,913 hours of temporary clerical support through the Clerical Pool Program.
  • Attended 92 career fairs.
