The Accountant IV supervises the work of professional accountants performing accounting and auditing tasks, sets up, reviews, and maintains automated financial information systems, and conducts complex and politically sensitive accounting and audit assignments, typically requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with at least 24 semester/36 quarter units of accounting coursework, and four years of full-time professional accounting experience.
