Inez Grant Parker Memorial Rose Garden is south of the footbridge that crosses Park Boulevard near the San Diego Natural History Museum. Take state Route 163 south to Park Boulevard exit. Turn left at Park Boulevard and continue to 2525 Park Blvd. Since street parking is limited, park in either of the two lots to the north of the San Diego History Museum and take the footbridge to the Rose Garden. You can also take the Balboa Park Tram to the Prado stop and walk east along the Prado to the Rose Garden.
