B & C Sheet Maps

What is B & C Sheet Map?

The Office of the City Clerk, the City Planning and Development Services departments have worked together to provide this collection in a continuing effort to provide increased accessibility to public records.

“B” and “C” sheets are a common reference for the City Planning and Development Services departments to maps that illustrate proposed and adopted rezoning locations and boundaries. From the 1930s into the 1950s, C-sheets were also used to identify architectural control districts; to show changes to public streets; to display park development plans; and to display data and drawings.

All properties within the City of San Diego have zoning designations reflecting the current designations in the Land Development Code. For more information on Zoning, please visit https://www.sandiego.gov/development-services/zoning.
