The Consolidated Plan is prepared every five years, and its planning process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing, economic, and community development needs and priorities. The Draft Fiscal Years 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and FY 2020 Annual Action Plan are currently available for public comment starting April 5, 2019 through May 4, 2019. Please submit a comment to CDBG@sandiego.gov, attend one of the public meetings to submit a comment, or visit one of the following libraries to review and submit a comment:
