Learn about how you can qualify to bid on upcoming Capital Improvements Program (CIP) construction projects or other infrastructure project contracting opportunities and explore the available benefits, resources, and opportunities.
- Become prequalified to bid on construction projects.
- Register as a vendor. All suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers are required to register and qualify to conduct business with the City.

Awarded CIP Construction, Architectural & Engineering (A&E), and Consultant Contracts
- The A&E and Other Consultant Contracts list contains the City’s contracts valued at more than $25,000 in an electronic and searchable format.
- The Construction Contracts list provides a summary of all existing CIP construction contracts greater than $25,000 in an electronic and searchable format.


Anticipated CIP Construction Projects
- The Current Forecast of Projects to be Awarded contains all CIP projects projected to be advertised and awarded for construction in the current fiscal year.
