The project would provide an 18,000 square foot branch library facility on a 3 acre site in Pacific Highlands Ranch. The design for this facility includes but is not limited to: children and teen areas, 2-4 study rooms, a computer area, community meeting room with a catering kitchen; friends of the library room and patios off of the library.
