• Monument sign on Gateway Center Drive entrance
• A walkway/trail to loop around the park
• An off-street parking lot next to the driveway
• A dog Park
• A gazebo structure with picnic benches
• a driveway connecting Boundary Street to Gateway Center Drive
• Relocation of the existing playground
• Lighting improvement throughout the park
• A Ball Field towards the park's north end
• Adding fitness equipment
