Kevin Cruz is a Brazilian-American dual citizen and native San Diegan committed to expanding opportunities for all San Diegans to engage with their global community at home and abroad.

As a global supply chain professional at Northrop Grumman, Kevin is responsible for managing the performance of a diverse set of suppliers delivering hardware and software solutions in support of mission-critical systems manufactured in San Diego. In this role, Kevin acts as a bridge-builder across disparate parts of the organization in order to drive supplier sourcing efforts, contract negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.

Kevin's previous experiences include developing new marketing strategies for consumer products in São Paulo, Brasil, practicing inclusive leadership and conflict resolution as a student dialogue facilitator, and researching public policy aimed at addressing global climate change at the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research.

Kevin received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and International Relations, with an emphasis on Peace and Security and a regional focus on Latin America, from the University of California, Davis. He currently lives in University City with his wife, Elizabeth, and their dog, Dakota.
