Project Overview

The new Skyline Hills Branch Library is located at 7900 Paradise Valley Road on a 3.6 acres lot. The project consists of construction of a single-story 15,000 square foot library and demolition of the existing 4,400 square foot library. The facility includes reading areas, a community room, computer rooms, staff offices/support area, and public art.

Anticipated Schedule
