This is an interactive exhibition about the fascinating world of astronomy and planets beyond our solar system. This exhibit explores the idea of searching for habitable worlds. Visitors can try methods that NASA scientists use to search for these worlds and see how other planets may be like our own.

The search for alien earths begins with a bang! Rob Zellem is a scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory who searches for exoplanets. He will give an introductory talk about the search for habitable worlds and the tools scientists use to look for them. After the presentation, patrons are encouraged to explore and interact with the exhibit located on the first floor Dickenson Popular Library.
