Bridge the Gap
A workshop series designed to bring our City together
San Diego Public Library is proud to work with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) in bringing workshops to our communities focused on leaning in and finding ways to communicate, understand and protect one another from common misunderstandings and misconceptions.
The ART of Inclusive Communication
San Diego is home to diverse neighborhoods, cultures, beliefs and walks of life. This workshop helps participants learn how one's personal and cultural identity affects their communication style. Learn how to recognize when a communication breakdown is happening and how best to manage it—our different styles of communicating can be the root of the issue.
