Veronica Murillo joined the Office of the Independent Budget Analyst (IBA) in June of 2010, as the Confidential Executive Assistant to the IBA. Prior to joining the IBA Veronica held the position of Executive Assistant to the City Comptroller, now known as the Department of Finance (DOF). She also worked for the City Manager's Office for several years including during the historic transition of governance from a City Manager form of government to a Strong-Mayor Strong-Council form of government. She later worked in the Legislative Docketing Office for several years under the Mayor's Office.

Veronica has proudly served the City of San Diego and it's citizens since 2002. She continues to enjoy her job and takes extreme pride in serving the residents of San Diego.
