Except when noted, Ethics Commission meetings are held at 5 p.m. in the Second Floor Conference Room at 451 A St. in downtown San Diego. To access the meeting, enter the building from the main entrance in the courtyard behind 450 B St. Let the security guard know you are there for the meeting, and they will swipe their badge in the elevator to grant you access to the second floor.
