Infrastructure Section provides legal advice on the construction, operation and maintenance of City infrastructure, including the water and wastewater systems and the City’s 3,000 mile transportation system, all among the largest in California. The Section also provide legal advice related to the construction and repair of park and recreation facilities, libraries, police, fire and lifeguard stations, airports, sports stadiums and the convention center. The Public Works Section is an integral part of implementing the City’s Capital Improvements Program.
