Grantville
Grantville is a neighborhood in the City of San Diego. It borders the communities of Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Serra Mesa and Mission Valley East.
In 2023, Councilmember Campillo participated in the celebration of the Union Grantville housing development’s grand opening at the Grantville Transit Center! This signifies a milestone within the community, opening up possibilities for more affordable and accessible housing options.
Looking ahead, ShoreLINE's transit-centered affordable housing project is set to open its doors in early 2024!
