Join fellow building professionals to learn how to comply with the City of San Diego building benchmarking requirements. The City of San Diego Building Energy Benchmarking Ordinance requires building Owners of all commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties larger than 50,000 square feet (and for multifamily and mixed-use properties with more than 17 residential utility accounts) to benchmark and publicly disclose building energy usage to the City. Please note both sessions will cover the same content.
