Designing a Low-Impact Development Project

Determining Treatment Control BMP Performance Efficiency

The Storm Water Standards requires that the pollutant removal efficiency be rated at Medium or higher for the project's most significant pollutants of concern. In addition to guidance in Chapter 4 of the Storm Water Standards (Page 27), the following references are available:

• Technology Assessment Protocol - Ecology (TAPE) - a reputable testing program by the Washington State Department of Ecology.
