Jurisdictional Runoff Management Plan (JRMP)
The City's Jurisdictional Runoff Management Plan (JRMP) encompasses City-wide programs and activities designed to prevent and reduce storm water pollution within City boundaries. The JRMP was adopted by City Council on June 16, 2015.
Under the requirements of the new Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, a completed JRMP Annual Report Form for each Watershed Management Area is submitted as part of the Water Quality Improvement Plan Annual Report.
