The Miramar Recycling Center is OPEN.
Miramar Place is OPEN for container pick-ups.
The City suspended all water shutoffs as a result of nonpayment.Utilities bills will not be charged interest fees for late or nonpayment.

- Lobby hours for walk-in payments limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Registration of new Business Tax accounts, Cannabis Business Tax deposits, Delinquent Account paymentsand renewals and new Police Business Permits administered via appointment only.

Parking rules are enforced for the following:

72-hour vehicle parking violation is available to report through Get It Done.

Beaches are OPEN.
Select public buildings in Balboa Park are OPEN to the public on a limited basis. Those buildings include several museums.

Online Registration is open. Looking for recreation classes? Online program registration is now available at over 50 recreation centers and pools.

Report Problems or View Service Status Changes
Family Justice Center is still providing critical services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and, sextrafficking.
Call 619-533-6000 Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., or the San Diego Domestic Violence Hotline at 888-385-4657 on evenings and weekends. For emergencies, call 9-1-1.

Office of the City Clerkis providing Public Information Center Service in the City Administration Building (CAB) lobby for walk-in service.
The City Clerk's Office is accepting summons and subpoenas, appeals, pickup and drop-off of records.
CAB is open to visitors who have prescheduled meetings with City officials. Facial coverings must be worn by everyone entering the building and health screening temperature checks will be in place at the entrance.
Passport Services are offered by appointment only.Appointments can be made by calling 619-533-4000 or emailing passportappointments@sandiego.gov.
The Personnel Department's Employment Information Center is CLOSED.Fingerprinting of potential employees, volunteersand contractors is available by appointment only.
