Curebound - Padres Pedal the Cause Curebound - Padres Pedal the Cause - Bound for Cures, returns on March 18, 2023 as an in-person fundraising event with 3 cycling distances and a 5k walk/fun run starting and finishing at Petco Park in downtown San Diego. All events are centered around our mission of accelerating cures for cancer, with 100% of dollars raised going directly to local cancer research. Participants register to fundraise in honor of survivors, fighters, or loved ones lost to cancer and participate for amazing, challenging, and inspiring experience. Padres Pedal the Cause accelerates cures for cancer by funding collaborative research and clinical trials among San Diegos top cancer research and treatment centers.

We close J Street from 7th to 10th Aves for the start/finish throughout the day.The finish will take place inside Petco park and ceremonial festivities will take place at Gallagher square.
