Come and experience Little Italy transform into a winter wonderland with Christmas twinkle lights down all the streets, our beautiful urban neighborhood will be adorned with 10-foot tall nutcrackers and kinetic tree holiday displays on street corners, Christmas music and more. This year, we partnered with San Diego Humane Society, who will bring adoptable pets to our event for all to foster or adopt! As always, Traci's Paws will sponsor pet adoption fees for military and veterans and their families if they are approved for an adoption! Space I, requested for another consecutive year, is closest to the parking lot and public restrooms where Cushing Rd. and Dewey Rd. meet. It has been the most enjoyable location for the Unleash the Holiday Cheer event for four previous years; this will be the fifth (although we had the event in Liberty Station twice at other locations and off-property for a drive-thru once).

Saturday, January 6, 2024, 12 - 5pm San Diego Brew Fest (January 2024) The 9th annual San Diego Beer Fest returns to Liberty Station, promising another fun filled day with beer, food trucks, and music. The event will feature dozens of local local and international craft beers, as well as San Diegos most popular food trucks (food sold separately). Admission is $50 for general admission (1pm to 4pm) and $65 for VIP (noon to 4pm). Both include unlimited beer tastings, with VIP admission offering an added hour.

Saturday, November 2, 2024, 11am - 9pm Day of the Dead, Dia de los Muertos celebration (Gaslamp) Celebrating its 14th year the 2024 annual Dia de los Muertos, Day of the Dead celebration returns for a weekend of free music, food, and culture on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 10:30 am-9 pm and Sunday, Nov. 3rd, from 10:30 am -7 pm. This family friendly Cultural event will transform the historic downtown neighborhood of the Gaslamp into a bustling mercado with artisan makers, vibrant decor, dozens of dining options. Live music, local bands, street performances, Facepainting, rows of colorful Day of the Dead merchandise, fine art, traditional ofrendas or altars and hands on crafts kids area fill this amazing setting.
