Remove Damaged Homegoods

Debris Assistance Program - concluded as of March 1, 2025

The Debris Assistance Program (DAP) - which was created by the City of San Diego's Environmental Services Department to help make construction and demolition debris recycling safer, easier and faster for residents and businesses recovering from the Jan. 22, 2024 storm - has concluded. All construction and demolition recycling bins provided by the City have been removed.

If debris removal services are still required, residents will need to arrange and cover the cost of hiring a Private Franchise Hauler for containers and pickup.

AT&T Customers may be eligible for waived overage charges to provide unlimited talk, text, and data, and other waived fees if their billing address is in an affected ZIP code.

Eligible households may receive discounted home phone and cell phone services.

Electricity service assistance, enroll in payment or other discount programs.
