If you answered YES to ANY of these questions, immediately call 9-1-1.
Otherwise, use these non-emergency options to report issues that do NOT require immediate assistance.
Examples:
- Noise Complaints
- Auto theft and vandalism
- Loitering
- Wellness checks
- Concerns that don't involve serious personal injury, property damage, or property loss
Timeliness to non-emergency calls will depend on:
- the relative urgency or priority of the situation
- the likelihood of making an arrest
- the availability of an officer

You can use the City’s Get It Done App to report:
- Graffiti or potholes
- Scooter issues
- A homeless encampment or trash and debris left behind from a homeless encampment
- Abandoned, inoperable or vehicle parking issues
