Teen Center

Come Join us with a new hangout spot for teens to interact, play games, or use us as a place to study. Days and Time: Monday – Friday 3pm-7pm

Winter Camp

Looking for a place to take care of your kids for the next two weeks of school break before entering back into the new year. Bring them to Mountain View Community Center where we can take care of them Monday/Thursday/Friday for both weeks from 8am – 4pm doing fun crafts, learning how to cook sweets, as well as staying active to make space for the food they will be eating during the holidays.

Mountain View Community Center Winter Wonderland

Come Join us for a day of fun here at Mountain View Community Center on December 21st, 2024 from 11am – 2pm. Three Hours full of fun activities; slide down the snow with sleds, play fun activities, create crafts, and if that’s not enough have Cookies with Santa!!

History of the Center

Mountain View was dedicated in 1914, and was one of the first parks to be dedicated in San Diego. People still talk about the great car shows that took place in the park back in the 1960s.

From Interstate 805 take the Imperial Avenue exit and travel west. Turn left onto 40th Street, then left onto T Street. The facility is at South Boundary Street.

The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Routes 3, 4, 11 and 955.
