Guitar and Ukulele Class for Beginners
Learning the basics of Guitar and Ukulele at Lopez Ridge. There are two classes available. 101 is for absolute beginners; no experience is necessary. 201 is for people with at least three months of experience. Classes include how to play chords, how to read tabs and chord diagrams, how to play simple 4-chord pop songs, and more.

Basketball Clinic
Keep your basketball skills sharp with dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive drills. Work with one of our experienced coaches with drills, scrimmages, and fitness exercises to help you stay in shape and prepare for upcoming seasons.

Play Kids Kickball, Dodgeball, & Family Game Room Fun
This program is for kids who want to play outside and have fun. Improve balance and flexibility, and reduce stress while socializing with peers. Children will learn how to communicate as a team and how to respect one another, even when they are on opposing teams.

History of the Center
Lopez Ridge was built in 2002. This quaint neighborhood park has 17.88 acres of beautiful scenery and has evolved into a popular place of leisure for the whole Mira Mesa community. Lopez Ridge staff cordially invites you to visit our neighborhood park today!
Directions and Bus Route
From Interstate 15, take the Mira Mesa Boulevard exit and turn east. In approximately 3.4 miles, turn right onto Camino Santa Fe. In approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Calle Cristobal. The center is on the right, approximately 0.7 miles.
From Interstate 805, take the Mira Mesa Boulevard/Vista Sorrento Parkway exit and turn east onto Mira Mesa Boulevard. In approximately 2.4 miles, turn left onto Camino Santa Fe. In approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Calle Cristobal. The center is on the right, approximately 0.7 miles.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Route 921.
