We will be serving dinner plates on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will also distribute toys for our Toys for Tots drive (registration required). Raffles and games as well!

2024 Winter Camp
Spring Camp at Encanto Recreation Center is for children ages 6-12. Kids will participate in various activities, including arts and crafts, games and sports, as they have fun in a safe environment. Children must bring lunch and snacks, and they must wear closed-toe shoes.

History of the Center
Land for the Encanto Recreation Center was acquired by the City in 1940, and the facility was built in 1964. The senior center was added in 1966, and the fields were completed in 1986.
Directions and Bus Route
From Interstate 805, go to Imperial Avenue and travel east to 65th Street. Turn left on 65th Street and proceed up the hill. The center is on the right.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Routes 916/917 and the San Diego Trolley's Orange Line.
