Marcus Lostracco
Program Coordinator
Marcus Lostracco joined the Performance & Analytics Department as a Program Coordinator in September 2019. He is responsible for driving the continuous development of the Get It Done application system, focusing primarily on process optimization.
Prior to joining the City of San Diego, Marcus spent eight years as an IT systems consultant with expertise in delivering successful Microsoft product suite implementations for manufacturing companies across the globe. He was a principal contributor in taking more than a dozen companies live, both in the US and internationally, for on-premise as well as cloud-based systems. He has also led process improvement initiatives using lean principles and driving kaizen events, during which he worked with end users to gather data, establish performance metrics, and deliver analysis.
Marcus is passionate about efficiency and optimization, and he is dedicated to using his skills to make San Diego the best city in which to live and visit. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
