Sarah brings nearly two decades of experience managing operations, grants, contracts, finance, and strategic planning for several social service, housing, and international development agencies. Prior to coming to the City of San Diego Sarah served as Chief Operating Officer for Community Resource Center in North County and as Executive Director of the League House, a low-income senior housing organization in San Diego. She also spent more than a decade managing large scale federal grants and contracts for international development programs in more than 15 countries. Sarah holds a  Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Middlebury’s Institute of International Studies.
