Program Coordinator

Bryan joined the Performance & Analytics Department in December of 2019 as the Open Data Program Coordinator.

Bryan spent the past 10 years working for the City of San Diego in the Public Works, Environmental Services and Sustainability Departments as a Civil Engineer. His most recent work experience focused on technical assistance in grant development, implementation, monitoring and reporting; including the creation of ETL jobs to extract necessary data out of IoT devices, smart solar inverters and HVAC equipment at City of San Diego facilities. 

Bryan graduated with a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is currently enrolled in Georgia Tech’s Online Masters of Computer Science program. Bryan is also a California registered Civil Engineer and a Certified Energy Manager.
