SDPD invites the community to join us on Saturday, September 17 to learn what STAR/PAL is all about! You'll get the chance to explore our facility and learn about the programs offered by STAR/PAL. From noon to 1 p.m. there will be bike safety tips offered.The event is free and open to the public.
