In order to strengthen Police-Community Relationships, the San Diego Police Department, Northeastern Division would like to invite you to join us for a coffee. This gives the public an opportunity to chat with the Captain and officers from Northeastern Division, in a casual setting and exchange ideas and concerns over a cup of coffee.
