Location: DCPC feels the design as submitted is not acceptable due to poor massing and North & West facades that are unsuitable for a prime location which is a gateway into Downtown from the airport. Also, the design has no attachment to, or compliments in any way to, the adjacent (landmark) County Bldg and park. We'd like to see a redesign sent back to our Pre-Design committee for another review.
