Location: A. Eliminate the chimney on the north converting to a gas fireplace, roof deck chimney no higher than roof ridge line. B. Add landscaping between garage doors and change material of garage door. C. Retaining walls at the front not more than 6" above existing grade, if grading permit allowed.
