1926 photo of the California Tower and Dome at the Museum of Man designed by Bertram G. Goodhue, Consulting Architect to the 1915 Panama-California Exposition. Construction began in 1911. The State of California paid the $250,000 cost to develop the building and tower and turned it over to the City of San Diego in 1926. (Photo by Erickson)
