SORRENTO LAND &TOWNSITE BLOCK 5 & 6.tif SORtNTO LANDS & TOWNSITE BLOCK 5 & 6 Lots 2 thru 12- ZA has considered amended request of ARLITA PURSER- to construct an 18,486 sq. ft., one-story office bldg, 1) observing a 17' interior side yd. at closest point where 25 1 is reqd; 2) reserving 36% of the total lot area for off-street parking, driveways & landscape strip where 50% is reqd to be reserved & 3) with reqd parking for bldg which is located on Lots 7 thru JO in Blk 5 & on adjoining alley closings, to be provided on portions of Lots 2 thru 6 in Blk 5 & on portions of Lots I&. 12 in Blk6, where off-street parking is required to be located in the same Jot as the use which it 5erves-.All of Lots 7-12 & portion of Lot 1-6, Blk 5,, al I of Lot 12, & Portion of Lot I, Blk 6..,,, portion Goldenrod S~, & Heliotrope St., located at 10940 Roselle St., Zone M-lA has DENIED as requested but APPROVED as fol lows: I) observing a 17' interior side yed at the closest point where 25' is reqd; & 2) with reqd parking for the bldg which is-located on Lots 7 thru JO, I Blk 5 & on adjoining alley closings to be provided on portions of Lots l-6 in Blk 5 & on portions of Lots l & 12, in Blk 6 where off-street parking is reqd to be located in the same Jot as the use which it serves, conditions.
