Meeting Agenda Posting Request Form
This request form is to be used to post meeting agendas on the digital screens located at the City Administration Building's main lobby (202 C Street).
All Meeting Agenda Posting Request Forms shall be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk three (3) working days prior to the requested Agenda Posting Date. This request form will be automatically sent to the Office of the City Clerk's general email account, cityclerk@sandiego.gov.
An email confirmation will be sent to the contact person at the time of posting.
Instructions
Please fill out all fields below and upload the agenda PDF file(s). Please title your Agenda PDF File(s) in the following format: Name of Committee/Board/Commission and Meeting Date. For example, Ethics Commission 01-01-2024. If you have more than one PDF file, please include 1 of 2 at the end of the title. For example, Ethics Commission 01-01-2024 1 of 2. The next PDF file should be titled, Ethics Commission 01-01-2024 2 of 2.
