Wooden 10 x 12 inch plaque with the emblem and motto of the Guided Missile Cruiser USS Fox: FAIRE SANS DIRE. It was named after Gustavus Vasa Fox (1821-1883), Assistant Secretary of the Navy (1861-1866); launched in November 1964 and decommissioned in April 1994. This was presented to Mayor Curran during a visit to their operations in 1969.
