Brown metal 9-inch sculpture inscribed with 'Tijuana Innovadora 2012'. TI a 10-day event to celebrate the best that Tijuana has to offer in a creative way. Started in 2010 by a bi-national group of citizens, the Tijuana Innovadora event has grown to become a civic movement, where participants and speakers discuss innovative approaches to improve the quality of life in the Tijuana-San Diego region. This was presented to the mayor on 02/12/2013.
