Silver tie clip, 2 inches wide, with a gold and white emblem of Seongnam City, Korea. Two were received - the emblem on the second one is blue and gold. These was donated by Jae-myung Lee, Mayor of Seongnam City, Korea, during a visit to San Diego in October 2014.
