Bronze statue, 22 inches tall, of Don Quixote, the main character in the book 'Don Quixote' by Miguel del Cervantes. This was presented to Mayor Susan Golding by Jose Guadalupe Osuna-Millan, Mayor of Tijuana, at a Mayor's Dinner on March 25, 1998. Tijuana has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
