San Diego County Taxpayers Association had presented the City with an acrylic plaque representing the 2011 Metro Golden Watchdog Award for the Re-Bid of the City's Help Desk Contract. This recognition was presented by State Senator Mark Wyland, 38th District, on May 20, 2011.
