Two 3-inch coins in cases. The back cover of each case has an image of the coin and reads 'San Diego 200th Anniversary Congressional Commemorative Medal Struck by the U.S. Mint for the July 16, 1968 Release. Available in all banks in San Diego County'. Each coin has an image of a horse drawn covered wagon and the California Tower on the front, and the reverse has images of Juan Cabrillo and Father Junipero Serra and the dates 1769 to 1969. These were donated to the City by San Diego citizen Miss LaFerne Ferreira.
