Commemorative plate from the Orient. The plate is creme colored with a black rim and has a picture of an elderly Oriental man in native costume and an image of the flag of Taiwan. The plate has a diameter of 7-3/4 inches. Donated by the City of Taichung, Taiwan. Taichung has been a San Diego Sister City since 1983.
